Thanks for asking! We use a system called Comment Sold for all our live FB sales, typically held 3 days a week. It’s an easy, one-time registration for all our sales that you can do by going to shoplouisvillemercantile.com. You can also register during a live sale by typing the word Register.
To buy an item, just comment Sold followed by the item # (ex. Sold 101). If you are the first person to comment, the item goes into your cart. If more than one person wants the same item, that item will be placed on your waitlist in case it becomes available for purchase. You will have a designated period of time to purchase the item before it becomes available for others to purchase.
In addition to our Live Sales, you may also find Facebook and/or Instagram posts that you may purchase from or you may shop all available items by going to https://shoplouisvillemercantile.com/
During checkout, you will be offered the option of local pickup or shipping.
You may pickup up your purchases at either location. Just specific Louisville or Maryville during the checkout process.
Please note that not all items in the sale are available for shipping or may require an additional cost to ship. We will notify you of any additional shipping cost before applying to your purchase.
