DIY CLASS REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
We believe in flexibility while maintaining a commitment to fairness for all customers. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Refunds:
- If you need to cancel your registration for a class, you may receive a store credit if you notify us at least three working days (72 hours) before the scheduled class. Sunday is not considered a working day.
- If you cancel after this 72-hour period or fail to attend the class (no-show), your full payment will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation Notifications:
- You can cancel your registration and request a store credit by any of the following methods:
- Calling the shop at 865-724-3195
- Sending us an email to info@louisvillemercantile.com
- Visiting the shop in person and speaking with our staff.
3. Cancellations by Louisville Mercantile:
Louisville Mercantile reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to the following circumstances:
- Insufficient participation that does not meet the minimum thresholds stated in the class description
- Weather-related events that jeopardize the safety of participants
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In the event of a cancellation by Louisville Mercantile you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available class.
